The brand standard is “flavour with simplicity”. The flavour will come from cuts of meat selected to deliver real flavour and cooked to enhance the flavour and deliver the right texture for the consumer. The simplicity will be in an uncomplicated process of delivering that flavour and texture and the minimum of ingredients based on the kitchen cupboard approach. Provenance
A major goal of the Oak Cuisine Brand is to offer provenance and security of supply with the emphasis, where possible, on UK grown meats from welfare assured farms or specific regional sources understood by the consumer.
Product ranges
The range has been extended to include a slow roasted beef feather blade steak which is moist and full of flavour, plus a pork shoulder steak cooked to develop the rich flavour of roast pork in this tastiest of all pork cuts.
