Shredded meats continue to grow in popularity. They offer a greater surface area and volume per portion and this allows the flavour to develop on the palate and for sauces and flavouring to adhere to the meat for huge flavour impact.

We offer all meat species shredded to the degree of fineness you require. Recently added to our range are:

        Flaked ham hock
        Shredded corned beef
        Ranchman’s pork – smoky pork n’ beans
        UK shredded duck meat – as a paste so it doesn’t fall out!
        Minced chicken with sage and onion stuffing    (economy product)
        Minced beef with a hot Caribbean sauce
