We have built a strong management team all with expertise in high care manufacture and key specialist areas such as Food Safety, Lean Manufacture and NPD. Indeed the senior NPD resource is one of the founders and Principle Directors of the business.

We source meat materials globally and locally and can fit the supply chain to the customer’s need for provenance, price and clean ingredient declaration.
